Damages from natural calamity (flood, tornado, earthquake, etc.) are not covered by this warranty. All glass components are not covered by this warranty. We will not pay for shipping, labor, or material charge incurred to remove or replace parts under this warranty. Replacement of missing or initially defective parts will be sent at no charge for a period of 10 days from date of purchase. We will not be responsible for missing parts and hardware after 10 days from date of purchase.
